Meet Maya

I’m Maya Caldwell Eleazer, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C).

My practice supports people through the emotional and psychological challenges of pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and parenting. I also work with those experiencing reproductive loss, grief, trauma, and the ongoing stresses of caregiving. Whether you’re facing postpartum anxiety, the difficulties of parenting, or seeking healing after loss, I offer a compassionate space for reflection, recovery, and growth.

Drawing on more than two decades of experience as a doula and lactation educator, I bring trauma-informed care to each client. Based in Woodinville, Washington, I see clients in person and across the state via secure telehealth.

My Approach to Perinatal Therapy

I have a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, trained in depth-oriented therapy. I use Jungian and psychoanalytic ideas alongside feminist, humanistic, and attachment-based approaches. My trauma-informed, integrative method is both reflective and practical.

I offer non-judgmental, culturally sensitive care. I believe therapy should help you feel seen, heard, and empowered to make sense of your story. Together, we look at how past and present experiences affect your emotions, relationships, and sense of self.

A Space for Healing and Growth

At the heart of my work is the belief that healing is a unique and deeply personal journey. My role is to walk beside you as you navigate the emotional terrain of pregnancy, parenting, loss, or life changes, offering steady support, curiosity, and clinical expertise. Therapy isn’t about fixing what’s broken; it’s about holding space for what’s true, building resilience, and honoring your capacity for growth.
