A place to tell your story.
Welcome.
Motherhood reshapes everything—your body, your identity, your relationships, your sense of time and space. Sometimes it feels like you have changed so much that you hardly recognize yourself.
You may be here because something doesn’t feel quite right. You’re exhausted. Disconnected. Anxious. You can’t tell if this is just how motherhood is supposed to feel—or if you’re quietly falling apart.
You’re not alone, and you’re not broken.
I specialize in working with women navigating the complexities of the perinatal experience—trying to conceive, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and the long, often invisible transformation that follows. This is a threshold. You deserve care that honors it.
A Different Kind of Therapy
A depth approach isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about putting the pieces back together. Making meaning of your experience.
In our work together, we’ll slow down and listen to the parts of you that have been pushed aside by culture, trauma, and the relentless demands of caregiving. We’ll tend to grief that has no name. We’ll find ways to articulate experiences that are hard to put into words.
My approach is trauma-informed, somatic, and rooted in deep respect for the wisdom of the feminine psyche. Sessions are collaborative, warm, and attuned to your nervous system. You get to show up exactly as you are.
About Me
I’m Maya Caldwell Eleazer, MA, LMHC, PMH-C. I’m a mother, a longtime birth worker, a therapist, and a witness to the inner lives of women. My clinical work is grounded in the realities of motherhood and shaped by my academic background in depth psychology, birth advocacy, and trauma recovery.
I offer therapy both in-person in Woodinville, WA, and online, throughout Washington State.
